Our Process

Plans/Drawings Receiving

Please feel free to send us the plans, specifications, and bid invitation in PDF format via email or through a Dropbox link, Google Drive, or any other website that allows us to review them. Kindly indicate in your email whether you are bidding on the entire project or just specific trades so that we can analyze the drawings accordingly.

Checking & Approval

We will thoroughly review the plans with you and provide a fee proposal for your approval. Work will commence only upon receiving your approval, and there will be no fees for reviewing the plans.

Software & Work Submission

The work will be delivered to you in an Excel sheet, along with marked-up or color-coded drawings. We mostly use Planswift and are committed to handling your projects with thorough understanding and will stay connected with you for any needed clarifications or missing items, while ensuring the confidentiality of your data and information.

Takeoff

The takeoff on the drawings for your specified trade will be completed by the professional quantity surveyor using the software, and it will be prepared in an editable Excel sheet.

QA Analysis

Once the work is finished, it will undergo a thorough review by our Quality Assurance Department to make sure that nothing has been missed. Our Quality Assurance Department will also verify that the work has been carried out according to your requirements. We select and prepare the estimate foundation, evaluate risks, and provide contingencies, and then scrutinize the entire estimate to guarantee top-notch quality.

Fees & Quick Turnaround

We are dedicated to providing top-notch services while adhering to our clients’ budgets.

Our pricing is flexible as our focus is on establishing long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. Consistent business with our clients is our priority over high fees for individual projects. We quote prices on a project or plan basis. Our charges vary based on project size and scope, with standard fees ranging from $200, $350, & $450.

You have the option to make payments per project or on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. We can complete tasks within 2 to 3 business days.
